WSAG Website Redesign
The Washington Street Advocacy Group has rebuilt its website from the ground up, moving from an aging Gatsby platform to a modern, fast, and extensible architecture built on Astro.
The redesign restructures all 18 campaigns with enriched metadata, structured press archives, tagged filtering, and a unified activity feed. Press coverage — nearly 100 mentions from outlets including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, NPR, BBC, The Guardian, and Al-Jazeera — is now centralized and preserved with archive links.
The new site is designed to scale to hundreds of campaigns and thousands of updates, with content stored as portable markdown files that can be read and written by both humans and AI agents. Every campaign is a living document, always being updated.
